Main technical characteristics of BH series of large-scale ozone generator:
Electrode use a new type of dielectric material, its impact-resistant capacity of electricity is
much better than glass and ceramic media.The electrode is non-glass materials, and has
strong ability to mechanical impact resistance, and maintenance-free.
For the protection of the safety and continuous operation of the Ozone systems , each
discharge unit is equipped with an independent device, the failure of a single unit
of discharge does not affect the normal operation of other units.
Every part of the air channel has an one-way valve, machines and the
Atmospheric path close automatically when the machines stop operating in order to
prevent the damping of the air channel.
Air-source system configurations: no oil air compressor, cooler, gas tank, pressure
swing adsorption dryers without heat regeneration,ultra filter , ozone power supply
systems, ozone systems, control monitoring system. Oxygen source system
configurations: liquid oxygen tanks, liquid oxygen storage tank, vaporizer, gas control
systems, power supply system of ozone, ozone generation system, control monitoring system
Generating system: the main part of the ozone generating system ,it is the key that the whole system to produce ozone.
Power system: provide the ozone generator-the special load with suitable power supply.
