Founded in 1979, Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd., engages mainly in the export and import of garments, textiles and other products. After many years' development, now there are 20-plus factories and daughter companies wholly-owned or majority-owned by the company. It has set up a rather consummate international marketing web with a group of stable clients, and her export trade extends up to a hundred of countries and regions. As a modern enterprise combining trade with industry and technology, her business covers such fields as international and domestic trade, finance, design, manufacturing, storage and freight forwarding. Since listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2000, by relying on our outstanding achievements, we have become a promising company followed with great interest by public investors. In 2003, our import/export turnover reached USD558 million. There are the export value exceeded USD500 million and the import value USD58 million.
