1. Our products Our company is a manufacturer & supplier of the following 5 categories of products:
1) Multi-parameter Patient Monitor
2) Ultrasound Scanner
3) Handheld Patient Monitor
4) Vital Sign Monitor
5) Color Doppler
2. Standards & Approvals We are ISO approved manufacturer and some of our items have got a CE certification, namely, our Vital sign monitor, Handheld Pulse Oximeter and 3 items of Ultrasound scanner. For other items that don't have a CE certification now, they are produced under the same strict control. We usually advise our customer to place a demo order before they start a long-term cooperation with us, through this demo, our customer will know clearly about our quality and our after sale service.
3. Technology We have always been applying new technology to our equipments. Take our patient monitor for an example, ARM9 microprocessor is applied to our equipment, which is a technology only applied in some top-grade products and featured as high performance, low energy consumption and faster data processing. I like to offer you more such information about our technologies.
4. Free training program. We agree to offer a free training programme for our worldwide distributors if they need, for Detailed information about it, please visit our website after the training, the service engineers or technicians will be able to recognize what defective it might be, and how to resolve them. The end user will not worry about how long it will take them to get it repaired as you know, they will lose money if one more day they have to wait. And We believe it will help build up a good reputation of your firm and us as well.
5. Long warranty period. We offer a 18 months warranty period for our products. During warranty period, if the product are defective, it will be repaired free of charge, and we will pay the air freight charges from China to your country, what you could do is just to give the detailed description of the malfunction and sent back the defective boards. We will give you the instruction on how to replace the defective parts by yourself.
