Sinomax Polyurethane (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is one of the main production bases established in 2002. Our company is located in Shanghai, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. Our company owns large warehouses for products and raw materials, well equipped dormitory for employees and a basketball field for relaxation.
We have Britain-made Cannon Viking C-Max 800 automatic foaming machines which produce 40,000 tons of sponge products every year, OFS-VT CNC automatic shape cutting machines which came from AIBrecht Baeumer Company in Germany, domestically advanced digital control horizontal cutting machines, disk cutting machines and large sponge compressing machines. The quality of our products is guaranteed by the internationally advanced universal tensile testing machines and programmable temperature & humid testing machines. Professional test reports will be available for customers.
As the first professional flame retardant sponge provider in the market, one of our products, East Asia sponge has won acclaim among world famous furniture manufacturers, including Natuzzi and HTL Furniture. With the scrupulous manufacturing procedures and multiple inspection programs, every inch of our sponge product, branded with the "East Asia", is assured to meet customers' requirements.
