With more than ten years manufacturing experience in die-casting industry, Shanghai Risheng Hardware Products Co; Ltd. has continuously distributed its efforts in supplying quality casting parts and metal parts from China and has achieved positive reputation among its clients throughout the world. In recent years, the company has successfully expanded its production lines into procession machining parts, stamping parts, plastic parts, injection moulds and the design of metal tooling to meet the volume of demands from its global customers. Now the company is in possession of two factories, in which with more than 200 employees located in Shanghai and Zhejiang province in P.R.C.
As one of pioneering companies specialized in die-casting industry in China, Zhejiang factory was established in 1996. Now the factory has formed 4 processing workshops and an administrative building that covers an area of 3000 square meters. More than 120 skilled employees are working at the factory and 20 among them are technical engineers with high education background. The plant is mainly engaged in processing aluminum-alloy and zinc-alloy products, such as casting, precise lath processing and surface treatment. With the desire to provide best quality products to its valued customer, in recent years, the company has invested more than three million RMB to introduce a complete suite of testing and production equipments from Germany. At present, the factory has acquired ISO 9001 certificate and developed a comprehensive quality management system. In addition, we are positively bringing in “6S” concept to our management.
Shanghai plant was found in 2008 that occupies 1300 square meters. With more than 20 senior injection mould engineers and the use of CAD, Pro-engineer design tools, it provides precise injection mould service, plastic injection parts and hardware products to global markets. Currently, its product has well-sold and well recognized by our clients in many countries in the world.
Along with the substantial growth and expansion, the international sales sector was founded at the end of 2008 in Shanghai to be in charge of its global markets. As an independent foreign trade sector, it not only deals with its existing products range, but also engaged in outsourcing on procession machining products, stamping products, rubber products and other related products to meet growing customer demands. With the core concept of being the best partner of its clients and exceeding its customer’s expectations, all of its stuff strives for the same goal to provide the best quality products and bringing more profits to its valued customers.
