By means of infrared measurement, this thermometer can measure human body temperature in a non-contact way within one second. The temperature division is 0.2°C. As per hospital clinical examination, this thermometer has the combination of accuracy, celerity, safety, hygiene and repetition etc.

2. Principle
By sensing the infrared energy emitted by human being without physically touching the human body, the non-contact infrared thermometer can measure human body surface temperature. It alarms when the measured temperature exceeds the pre-set warning temperature.
3. Setting
● This instrument has two working modes, which are “measuring” and “setting”. The pre-set mode is “measuring”, and the pre-set warning value is 37.5°C;
Setting:
Under “measuring” mode, press at the same time and hold “set” and “▲” buttons for five seconds, then free the buttons. It turns to “setting” (setting data ) mode. According to the state code indication on the left of display, set data as the below procedures:
(1) Set warning temperature when code “1” displays: press “set”, the current warning temperature displays. Press “▲” or “▼” to adjust warning temperature value. Press “set” button again to save the revised value. (The pre-set warning value is 37.5°C)
(2) Set temperature compensation when code “2” displays: Press “set” button and “0.0” displays. Press “▲” or “▼” to input compensation temperature (the difference between displayed temperature and actual temperature), and press “set” again to save the compensation temperature.
(3) Set forehead or oxter temperature when code “3” displays: Press “set” button, the code of current mode displays: Code “0” is for oxter temperature, and code “1” is for forehead temperature. Press “▲” or “▼” to select a code and press “set” to save it.
(4) Set printing measured temperature when code “4” displays: Press “set” button, the code of current mode displays: Code “0” means to print all measured temperatures; Code “1” means to print only the measured temperatures that exceeds the warning temperature. Press “▲” or “▼” to select a code and press “set” to save it.
(5) Set the display of measured temperature when code “5” appears: Press “set” button, the code of current mode displays: Code “0” means to display the current measured temperature at real time; Code “1” means to display only the measured temperatures that exceeds the warning temperature. It displays “_ _ _” if no alarms. Press “▲” or “▼” to select a code and press “set” to save it.
After all the setting is saved, the system turns to measuring mode automatically.
4. Directions for usage
Supply the instrument with AC 220V, the green light will switches on, and it alarms for three seconds. It is ready to measure after alarm stops.
The person who to be measured shall stand on the foot marks facing the instrument for 3 seconds.
If the measured temperature exceeds the pre-set warning temperature (such as 38°C), the red warning light switches on and buzzer alarms.
5. Precaution
The person who to be measured shall not wear hat or cover the forehead with something, but can wear a respirator.
Shut off the power supply if not being used.
If any other heat objects or components (such as axle of moving luggage, hand with luggage, decorations with reflector etc.) it will interfere with the instrument and possibly lead to wrong alarm.
6. Maintenance
When the instrument is used or stored, prevent it from:
Electromagnetic field caused by welding or sensory heater.
Statics
Heat impact ( from the sudden change or environment temperature changes acutely.)
High temperature objects.
