HONG YI Headwear Manufacturing Co. Ltd is located in the Li Ge Zhuang Town, Jiao Zhou, the west of the beautiful coastal city – Qing Dao. Our company is just 30 kilometer from Qing Dao International Airport, and is 40 kilometer from Qingdao.
Our company is established in 2002. We are a headwear specialized company who integrate all of the modern headwear manufacturing technology: sewing, whole piece ironing , embroidering, arching and shaping. Our company has strong technological personnel and modern head wear making equipment. The equipment includes: material cutting machine, sewing machine, embroidering machine, ironing machine and packing line.Our main products are embroidering sports cap, tourist cap, children cartoon cap, knitting cap, baseball cap, golf cap, advertising cap, basin cap, bonnet, sun helmet etc. The material of the headwear include: cotton, Dacron khaki, grinding cotton, washer wrinkle fabric, wool and leather etc. We can make according to the requirement of the customer.
Our design is modern and novelty. Also according to the different region and different customer groups, we can develop different level and standard patterns. Our products are mainly sold to Europe, American, Japan and Korea. All our customers are satisfied the design and quality of our products.
We also mainly product the cap material of pure cotton, polymer, Dacron cotton and other materials related with the manufacturing of head wear. There are mainly the following series:
1.cap meshwork series: we produce single thread or double thread cap meshwork, the weight is about 100g/dm2. There are two kinds of breadth: 1.38m and 1.5m
2.Meshwork cloth series: we have various sizes and materials
3.Sandwich series, cap core series, tape series, cap plate series, and frame bundling materials
4.Light reflection series: there are generally reflection, high reflection polymer, Dacron cotton materials and there are various specification, such as reflection film, apparently reflection crystal lattice etc.
5.Rain proof silk series: there are special materials of Taslan, polyester pongee, polyester peach skin, nylon teffeta etc.
