Detailed Description

The aluminum foil container production line, also named the machinery for the aluminum foil container. The line is composed of automatic feeding machine (can be installed embossing device) , pressure, mould and conveyor belt(we have developed the automatic material recieving machine, whole line is automatic) . The feeder is automatic. It is a complete set of products for ram equipment, such as punch and press. It can apply a coat of oil, feed materisl and detect automatically at the same time. It feeds accuracily, even oils, low waste, high efficiency, also it is easy to operate. It is used for feeding reels such as air tableware and hardware. The mould can realise blanking, drawing, forming, curling at different positions of the upright progressive mould vertically, it solves crumpling, wrinkling and unstability in the processof drawing, curling for 0.04-0.19mm aluminum foil container, to achieve automatic production and high efficiency.
