We are SUNS PIPELINES COMPANY LIMITED which is a professional manufacturer of Ductile iron pipe, and was founded in 2002 and located in SHANXI PROVINCE Gaoping city, as a modern factory of high start, high standard, high quality; it possesses the first level production lines with capacity of 150000 tons annual production for ductile iron pipes from DN80 to DN800 with T type joint. This production line adopts advanced process, and using 42 m regenerative annealing furnace for assuring the mechanical of pipe.The whole company has been certified by ISO9001: 2000, and the production process strictly conforms to the International standard ISO2531-1998 and European standard EN545-2002, EN598-1994 to ensure the quality and lifetime of every pipe, for these three standards, we have passed and got the product quality certificate by BUREAU VERITAS of France, and 43% products (around 64000 tons) are exported to Middle East, Europe and Asia, such as Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Ireland, U.K., Brazil, Vietnam, Korea and so on.Now the following is the general equipments we have.
1. One blast furnace for 179 cubes.
2. Four electric cookers from USA, each one are 10 tons.
3. 4 sets of cool water metallic centrifugal machines, 3 sets for DN80-DN400, 1 sets for DN400-DN800.
4. One set of 42 m regenerative annealing furnace.
5. Two sets of producing lines. One is from DN80-DN400; the other is from DN300-DN800
