Detailed Description

Snacks pallets are very popular household snacks now a days. A variety of flour can be used for making snacks pallet. The moistened flour is fed to the extruder and the extruded meal coming out of the extruder get cut and shaped as per the final shape of the snacks. The shaped pellets go to the dryer to get the moisture content reduced to the desired level for frying and later on gets fried in the fryer. Flavor and seasoning is sprayed on the fried pellets by the flavoring system. The ready snacks are then packed with suitable packing machine. Machines involved in Snacks Pallet Plant: Flour Mixer To mix the flour with water to prepare the meal for Inflated Extruded Snacks Single Screw Extruder To extrude the meal into pellets and shape them into desired shape for Inflated Extruded Snacks Pulling and Cutting Machine To shape rope of required size and cutting in desired sizes Drying Machine To reduce the moisture content from the pellets before seasoning Automatic Frying Machine To fry the dried snacks pellet in hot cooking oil Automatic Seasoning Machine To spray seasoning on the fried Inflated Extruded Snacks to improve their tastes Automatic Pouch Packing Machine To pack the fried and flavored Inflated Extruded Snacks into suitable printed pouch Available Plant Capacity: a) Snacks pallet Plant with capacity of 400 kg per 8 hour shift b) Snacks pallet Plant with capacity of 650 kg per 8 hour shift c) Snacks pallet Plant with capacity of 1.2 ton per 8 hour shift
