Inflated Extruded Snacks and Center filled snacks are very popular snacks items made from corn flour, wheat flour etc. and available in variety of shape and size. Centre Filled snacks are extruded snacks with centre core-filling. A variety of flour can be used for making inflated extruded snacks. The moistened flour is fed to the extruder and the extruded meal coming out of the extruder get cut and shaped as per the final shape of the snacks. The shaped pellets go to the dryer to reduce the moisture content. Flavor and seasoning is sprayed on the dried snacks by the flavoring system and then packing is done with suitable packing machine. Machines involved in making Extruded Inflated & Center Filled Snacks: Flour Mixer To mix the flour with water & prepare the meal for Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks Double Screw Extruder with Co-Extrusion Die To cook the meal and extrude the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks from the die. The co-extrusion die has a provision to extrude the meal into empty pillows in which the filling can be filled with the Centre-Filling Machine Centre Filler To fill the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks with the filling mixture. The mixture has to be prepared separately. It can be sweet or savory Shaping Machine To give required shape to the pillows and seal them Three Way Drying Machine To dry the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks pillows by reducing the moisture content from them Automatic Seasoning Machine To spray the seasoning on the co-extruded centre-filled snacks to add flavor Automatic Pouch Packing Machine To pack the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing Available Plant Capacity: a) Extruded Inflated & Center Filled Snacks plant with capacity of 1.2 ton per 8 hour shift b) Extruded Inflated & Center Filled Snacks plant with capacity of 3.2 ton per 8 hour shift
