It is mainly used in processing rustic/distressed solid flooring/parquet, classic/antique furniture panel, doors/window, plastic wood plank etc. Subject to original panel surface condition and to-be-expected looks, we have two main categories: one is BB type, which has special brushing rollers, stainless-wire brush or abrasive nylon-wire brush: the stainless wire brush mainly to remove the soft grain and nylon-wire brush mainly to clean the fuzz off the panel surface. The other is SB type, which has one sanding combination(R or RP) and brushing roller ((usually of abrasive nylon-wire). After this kind of processes, the following works can be: staining, laminating, oiling or waxing.
