Detailed Description
Structure features of mixer:
1.The diversity of rotor type can meet different mixing requirements. User can choose any kind of rotors (the mixer with different rotor has different total volume and working volume.)
2.The inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door, ram and front/rear rotor are all able to put through cooling water. The large cooling area can ensure the steady quality of all kinds of stock.
3.Rotor surface, inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door surface and other surfaces contacting with stock are all hardened tough buildup welding with carbide alloy or plated with hard chrome, in order to improve wear-resistance performance.
4.Drop door driven by hydraulic device with double racks can run steadily and reliably with short open/close door time. It adopts toggle-locking mechanism, having strong locking force and good self-locking and seal performances.
5.All rotor dust stop devices adopt hydraulic seal type, except for XM-250X20A with spring seal type. The seal specific pressure is adjustable and the seal performance is reliable.
6.Selecting pneumatic ram or hydraulic ram depends on users themselves. Both can realize constant pressure control against stock.
7.Drive system adopts DC motor to realize stepless speed adjustment or adopts AC motor with gear change mechanism etc. The drive system has the advantages of steady drive, lower noise and long service life etc.
8.The standard rotor adopts the right drive system. According to users’ needs we also can supply the left drive system.
9.Electrical control system adopts imported PLC, its advantages include easy modifying program, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability and energy saving etc, beside general PC functions it can communicate though Ethernet net and intelligent device. It has many control modes, such as time control, energy control, temp control and time-temp control etc. The formula can be stored according to users’ requirements.
10.On-site operation cabinets and electrical control cabinets adopt PLC communication, results in reduction of equipment troubles and installation cost.
Structure feature of rotor:
1.SB four-wing standard rotor:long wing: short wing =2:1.
2.SG four-wing high efficient rotor :long wing: short wing=4:1.The extended long wings matched with ultra-short wings enlarges shear stress and extrusion force, and is suitable for every kind of mixing process, with high efficiency and good dispersion ability.
3.TB(synchronic) rotor:Front rotor and rear rotor rotate at fixed phase and the same speed. Long wing and short wing are parallel arranged on one side to ensure the smooth flow channel without dead corner, easy feeding and discharging stock, strong shear stress, even stock dispersion and uniform stock temperature. The forced circulation cooling water at wings can cool stock, control temperature efficiently .Thus the temperature differences of each batch are small, stock dispersion is uniform and black carbon dispersion is even, mixing efficiency is largely improved, unit consumption is reduced. The rotor is suitable for plasticating, compounding and final mixing rubber.
4.SZ four-wing final mixing rotor:Long wing and short wing are parallel arranged on one side, the flow channel is smooth and without dead corners. The big spiral angle of long/short wing and the grooved initial end of long wing enlarge spaces of stock displacing along with axial line, rolling and kneading to meet final mixing stock’s requirements.
5.LS six-wing (triangle) rotor: The rotor has three long wings and three short wings; rotation direction of long wing is converse with that of short wing. Each long wing has three segments, which have different wing widths and different clearances with inside wall of mixing chamber. The stock in mixing chamber will be under actions of not only shear stress and push forward force but also under self rolling action, result in that the stock is well dispersed, the temperature distribution is uniform and mixing effect is excellent. Furthermore the six-wing rotor has large surface area so as to get good cooling effect, has large section area and good rigidity so as to not easy to be damaged and with long service life.
Feature of hydraulic ram:
1.High ram pressure and wide pressure range. The pressure of ram against stock in mixing chamber can be up to 0.6Mpa, and can be adjusted freely.
2.Ram’s pressure can increase or decrease momentarily under heavy loading condition.
3.Fast ram’s pressure adjustment speed and fast ram’s lift and fall down speeds.
4.Cooling water pipe of ram exists in the middle of press bar, the lower pressure on pipe results in long service life and good cooling effect.
5.Ram’s oil cylinders are mounted on two sides of beam underside, so don’t need climb up for maintenance and hydraulic oil will not enter into mixing chamber.
6.Electrical system adopts BOSCH product of Germany, the pressure given signals and pressure sensor’s feedback data combine a pressure close-loop control system, though determined transfer function adjustment (PID) to get a steady ram pressure and be able to improve stock quality.
7.Without compressed air station, but every single equipment can work well, so the investment for air-compressed station is saved.
