Our company specializes in air bag and rubber fender, which are made of raw materials that manufactured by our company. For example, the principal material of air-bag fender is cord fabric manufactured by ourselves. Based on the former gum dipping, we implement technological reform on cord fabric and pass provincial appraisal and certification of international quality management system. With stable formula and sufficient gel content guarantee, our own rubber (cord fabric rubber) is applied. Additionally, our company is equipped with rubberizing machine (four-roller calender), which ensures strong stability to the production of air bag and fender. All above cannot be realized by other companies in the industry.
In terms of production technology, our technicians summarize a set of effective technique and develop many special technologies; and the production equipment is improved than before.
