Detailed Description

This technology project is the Ninth Five-Years key program for national hi-tech extension and the national Torch Plan program. It introduces the international advanced stretch reducing technology, which utilizes high frequency seam weld pipes as roughcasts, then heats them entirely to 850～ 900℃ and finally deflates them to the intended diameter through the stretch of reducing units. Stretch reducing makes the structure of the steel pipes compacter, the integrated performance of the steel pipes intensified, and the quality and performance of the products improved. We strictly implement the standard of APIspec 5L、5CT and GB/T8163、8162. The products are wildly used in the conveyance pipes of electronic power plants, water treatment, center air-conditioning, petroleum, natural gas, and water vapour as well as used in petroleum casing pipe and the pipes for construction structure with wide application and good adaptability. Our company mainly produces and manages the hot-rolling seamless pipes of∮57-∮377 in specification
