Detailed Description

This production line use to rewind the paper web from the jumbo roll into small logs, then cutting The paper logs into finished roll .This production line mainly including Rewinder, Log accumulator, Log saw cutter. Main features as following: ZQ-III-H fully automatic rewinder:  2 individual-control unwind stands,max.parent roll width 1750mm,2000mm,2400mm,2800mm,max. dia.1500mm,core inner.dia.3”,web tension and parent roll transversal is manually control.with pneumatic loading and pneumatic driving for parent roll.  Finished product dia.90-135mm,core outer dia.35-50mm  4 spiral anvil blades on top Perforation roller and single dented blade on bottom roller, perforation size is 90-130mm adjustable.  Automatic Paper cores feeding,automatic finished product unloading .  Tail-trimming and sealing will be done automatically outside the winding part.  Finished roll-discharging via the speed - difference of 2 winding rollers,bottom winding roller is driven by Servo motor.  Program control: by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)  Data setting: on touch screen  Driving: by Timming belt  Rewinding unit, Embossing and/or lamination unit, each unwind back stand are driven by separate motor.  With paper Detector,core finish alarming ,Speed adjusting by inverter.  With Jogging move and emergency stop.  working capacity: 200-300m/min( 180-230m/min.with lamination )  Options: steel to rubber embosser, steel to steel embosser, steel to rubber with lamination, printing unit etc. CZ-I Log Accumulator  Storage Rolls: 150 rolls  Dia. of paper roll: 90-135mm  Max.length of paper roll: according to the rewinder size  Max. storage speed: 15-20 rolls/min.  Program control: PLC DH-I Log saw cutter  Applicable paper roll length:according to the rewinder size  Paper roll dia.: 90-135mm  Cut off length:80-260mm  Pusher control: Drived by Servo system  Blade Grinding: Pneumatic grinding, grinding time can be adjustable on the operation panel. the grinder can be automatic forward to sharpen the blade as the dia.of blade become smaller and smaller  Automatic spraying unit to lower the blade temperature  Diameter of blade: 610mm  Data setting: Touch screen  Machine speed:0-120 cuts/min, 2 rolls/cut
