his is a machine use to convert the paper parent roll into N fold hand towel, after embossing, slitting and folding and stacking. Main features as following:  Back stand :For 1 parent reel, Max.roll width 460mm,max.dia.1100mm, core inner dia.3”, manually adjusting for web tension and parent roll cross regulation.parent roll unwinding by pneumatic belt.with pneumatic loading unit.  Finished product(±2mm):Open size :(W)230*(L)230mm Folded size: (W)230*(L)77mm  Folding type: N fold by vacuum  Contol:Speed adjusting by Inverter,With automatic counting unit and paper break detector,with Jogging button and emergency button.  Capacity: 1000-1600 sheets/min.  Steel to steel embossing unit.
