This is a machine use to convert the paper parent roll into facial tissue (in box type or soft pack), after embossing, edge-embossing, slitting and folding and stacking. Main features as following:  Back stand: For 2 parent reels, Max.roll width 1260mm,max.dia.1100mm,13-18gsm,2 ply,core inner dia.3”, manually adjusting for web tension and parent roll cross regulation.parent roll unwinding by pneumatic belt.with pneumatic loading unit.  Finished product((±2mm)):Open size :(W)100-210*(L)198mm Folded size:(W)100-210*(L)105mm  Folding type: V fold (Interfold), by Vacuum  Vacuum :37KW  Control: machine controlled by PLC system, with HMI operation working panel.Speed adjusting by Inverter,With automatic counting unit(stacking by moving right/left or ink-mark counting) and paper break detector.with jogging and emergency button.  Capacity: 3000-4800 sheets/min.  Options: steel to steel embossing, edge-embossing, steel to rubber embosser
