SF Diamond PCD is produced by advanced high temperature and ultra-high pressure techniques. Well selected diamond powders are sintered together in the presence of a metal binder such that strong bonding between the diamond grains occurs, to give hard, abrasion resistant blanks that have the high thermal conductivity of natural diamond with a toughness approaching that of tungsten carbide. Our PCD has been widely used for oil drilling and mining, wire and cable drawing, ferrous and nonmetallic materials machining as well as woodworking etc. The majority of our production is exported to more than 40 countries in most parts of the world.
