TonBay Fine Chemical Factory, an affiliated company of TonBay Industry Co.,Ltd, was originally established in Shandong province in 2003,then relocated in Henan province. It is a compressive fine chemical manufacturer, mainly engaged in a series of chemical products, such as: sodium formate, pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol,etc.The company can annually produce 15,000 metric tons sodium formate, 20,000 metric tons pentaerythritol and 20,000 metric tons dipentaerythritol.
While TonBay Industry Co., Ltd, located at a new industrial zone in the south of Shanghai called Jinshan Industrial Zone, is one of the largest production bases for further processing of glasses and doors & windows. Hypsographical strength, environmental advantage and strongly economic radiation make TonBay far more competitive than others. Company's large-scale modern workshop and office building was built up in September, 2002, with floor space of 75,000 square meters and registered capital of 50 million Yuan (about7.4million US$). Currently, the company has 3 branches including TonBay Industry Glass Branch, TonBay Industry Doors & Windows Branch and TonBay International Trading Co. Ltd.
Our company possesses imported processing equipment such as glass pretreatment, convective flow toughening furnace, insulating glass and laminated glass lines, etc., and introduces Germany Yelu automatic aluminum and plastic-steel doors & windows, with annual glass processing capacity of 2 million square meters and energy-saving doors & windows and curtain wall processing capacity of 0.5 million square meters, as well as capability of providing necessary main glass products including tempered glass, laminated glass, insulating glass and colored glazing glass as well as series products of energy-saving doors & windows. In addition, TonBay has established research institute of glass consisting of a technology team of industry experts, so as to provide strong technical support.
Meanwhile, our International Trading Co. Ltd is engaged in several series of glass bottles, such as: molded injection vial, infusion bottle, amber glass bottle, ampoule, tubular glass vial, cosmetic bottle, small food & beverage bottle, Al-plastic caps, etc. TonBay is going to be a large international enterprise group integrated with research, production, sales and international trade.
