Detailed Description
VCI powder is a kind of water soluble corrosion inhibiting product, which is appl icable to the dry or
wet corrosion inhibition in the closed space. After gasification, VCI powder forms a protective layer
on the metal surface to prevent the metal from direct contact with oxygen and water molecule in the
air, and further to prevent the metal surface corrosion effectively.

Commended Purpose:
1.Corrosion inhibition on the internal surface of compressor, turbine, cyl indrical structure, pipel ine,
container, boi ler and heat exchanger, etc.
2.Steam condensing pipel ine, closed circuit heat and cool ing system
3.Corrosion inhibition of equipments and components in transport and storage
Application Method and Attentions:
1、For bulk powder, use the low-pressure air tube or sprayer to evenly spray the powder in bulk
2、Pay attention to seal the internal space or aperture after appl ication
3、Can be put in a gauze or in paper bags with good venti lation for appl ication
4、The best distance of using VCI powder shal l not exceed 30CM
5、The specific gravity of gasified VCI powder is heavier than gas, so it is advised to place the VCI
powder at the top of package.
