Automotive division of Industrial Group UPEC (Kharkov, Ukraine) offers own manufactured parts and components for automotive and agricultural engineering.
Forgings:
We are experienced producer of forged parts for power transmission systems and engines:
crank shafts;
cardan shafts;
final drive (differential gears);
semi axels;
wheel reduction gears, and others.
Maximal dimensions: up to 1600 mm in length, up to 600 mm in diameter, up to 160 kg in mass.
We also offer high precision round parts (such as bearing rings) up to 120 mm in diameter, up to 5 kg in mass.
Bearings:
500 types of bearings, outer diameter ranges from 30 to 400 mm:
radial single-row ball bearings: 6000 -6600,
radial spherical double-row ball bearings: 1200 - 1300 (K+H),
radial thrust ball bearings,
radial roller bearings.
Casting:
Cast-iron production from 2t to 20t with dimension up to 15m:
grey iron - up to 6000kg;
high-duty cast iron - up to 750kg;
steel - up to 1500kg.
