JSW&MINYU TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. was established in 1996. Our plant is in Shiyan Town,Bao’an District,Bordering Shenzhen China. approximately 1 hour south of Hong Kong, with coverage of 16,000 square meters It includes Injection mold building and injection molding factory. JSW specializes in plastic injection mold manufacturing and mold processing. JSW currently employs 400 workers.The products made at JSW include Household Products, electrical products,appliances, office equipment, medical equipment, automobile components,communication products and a wide variety of other consumer products .We currently export products to USA, Europe, Japan and Korea. We at JSW have established good partnerships and business relationships with customers including ELECTROLUX, PANASONIC, JUNGWOO, XEROX, OLYMPUS, SONY, etc.
After ten years of investing in technology and Continious improvement ,The engineering capacity level keeps going up while working with USA, Europe and Japan counterparts in our daily communication. JSW’ s Mold technology has reached to the international advanced level. JSW has become a very important member in mold industry.At JSW,one of our specialties is manufacturing plastic injection products which are visible components that normally have strict cosmetic requirement and complex structures.
JSW plastic injection factory is well equipped with 40 plastic injection machines from 80 tons clamping force to 1200 tons. With a Team of senior engineers We can provide a strong partnership in working together with the customer to succeed in quality products and technology to an advanced international level.. JSW’s capabilities also include ,painting ,silk-screen,and pad printing abilities available in our molding factory.
We at JSW have succeeded in our primary goals to provide the customer with on time deliveries,and quality. JSW currently adopted advanced mold & plastic injection management system---I-M3 into our daily factory management. With our 1-M3 system,we have 24 hours control of the production schedule and quality.In 2003 JSW implemented ISO9001 quality system to guarantee the qualified product and on time delivery.We are currently working with TS16949 quality system.Our goal at JSW is for Zero objection in our quality control system. We at JSW stress strong leadership as the base, and exert team team work,with personal management.Our management team at JSW is always involved in the process conditions of the molded part.Before design we review the part ,Part function,to produce the part needed.With this communication with the customer we succeed in products that meet the customers needs and establish good communication and partnership with customer,which also controls the customer’s needs efficiently and timely.
