Features:
Light weight.
Extremely good for the weathering resistance, acidity, alkaline resistance, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and damping.
The surface is dust proof treated, smooth and flat and easy to maintain, just use neutral cleaner and water can totally renew the panel.
Impact resistance , the aluminum surface is tough, the core PE panel is flexible, therefore the panel has high impact resistance.

Brief introduction of product line:
At first, we are very honor to tell you we were the one of suppliers of Beijing 2008 Olympic Bird’s Nest and Beijing 2008 Olympic Game Stadium, the products were ACP & AP.
The production starts from polyethylene(PE), that is middle layer.
PE comes into the first machine, and they will be heated and melted down.
And the next machine is vacuum pump, taking off all the air, no air, so there is no chance for air bubble in the PE panel; at the same time, there are filters, so these impurity could not get through them, they will be blocked down.
And the melted PE comes into the three rolls, which decide the thickness of PE panel.
These machines produce high quality of PE panel for us.
The next following is continuous high precision rolling product line.
The white and transparent film is high-tech molecular film, which is imported from United States and Korea. It has two types according to its thickness, 0.03mm and 0.05mm The thicker aluminum need 0.05mm film to get more effect on peeling strength. The knife will cut down the unless margin.
Bottom aluminum will meet with PE panel by these rolls, the next is top aluminum. They could be sticked very closed by high-tech molecular film.
The following six group rolls have great pressure by heat, the temperature will be 140-190℃, the next three group rolls could also press the panel with temperature 30-60℃.
The Fan could take the temperature down.
Panels will be covered by protection films, which protects the coated and colors. It is Guangmei’s Logo, while it is no problem to change it to customer’s Logo.
The last working product is to cut panels to the appointed size.
