Shenzhen Top Grade Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Top Grade Development Group (HK) Co., Ltd. We specialize in the R&D, manufacture and sale of two main series of products: 1) all digital product accessories; 2) hardware parts.
As for Digital product accessories: we are devoted to researching, developing and manufacturing all game accessories which are compatible with PSP/PSP Slim 2000 /PSP 3000/PS2/PS3/NDS/NDS Lite/NDSI/WII/XBOX/XBOX360. Also, we manufacture and supply accessories compatible with IPOD series and iPhone & iPhone 3G. We develop and manufacture digital product accessories for our pro-digital users to empower our Digital Generation, a generation of users who expect to see, use, hear, feel, and experience digital content arbitrarily and comfortably.
As for hardware parts: we have WEPM machines, EDM machines, CNC machines, injection molding machines and punch machines, which enable us to design and manufacture molds, high precision hardware parts, injection plastic parts and sheet metal components. All of these parts and components are widely used in area of electrical appliance manufacturing, facilities & tools manufacturing and car-manufacturing.
Our factory is located in Bao'an, Shenzhen, China. It covers a total area of more than 8000 square meters, with more than 40 professional designers and more than 300 highly qualified staff members. We have fully integrated manufacturing facilities that enables us to provide comprehensive OEM and ODM service for customers. We are capable in handing the whole production process from design, sampling, mold fabrication, plastic injection, and assembly to final packaging. We had introduced the responsibility system, with Development Dept., Purchasing Dept., Producing Dept., Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and other important departments. Under production system, there are Plastic-injecting Dept., hardware manufacturing Dept., and Producing Dept. three sectors. Our products are strictly accordance with the implementation of ISO9001 quality standard and under comprehensive quality monitoring, from raw materials purchasing, producing, testing, marketing and other important links.
