Shandong Rike Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in Dec. 2003 by Doctor Zhao Dongri who has been granted Doctor degree in Japan. Shandong Rike Chemical Co., Ltd. is a modern Hi-tech enterprise covering scientific R&D, production, marketing and technical service. Head office is located in provincial-grade Changle Economic Development Zone in Shandong. Our wholly owned subsidiary, namely the is located in Shandong Weifang Natioanl-grade High-tech Zone, with such branches as Shandong Rike Imp.& Exp. Trading Co., Ltd. and Shandong Rike Plastic Co., Ltd. etc.
We are one of the leading manufacturer of PVC processing aid and PVC impact modifier in Asia, Our main products include: ACR processing aid, ACR impact modifier, new type impact modifier ACM resin, PVC foaming regulator, AMB resin and CPE. Our total production capacity has already reached 100 thousand tons per year.
In 2003, we have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certifications, we have already established perfect quality control system. At present, our "HELI" brand has became a famous trade-mark in same industries of China. To meet the needs of different customers, we have also developed over 100 kinds of new types of products by continuous innovation and R&D. By now, we have already applied for 10 national invention patents and 1 international invention patent, in which we have already gotten 2 national invention patent Certificates, our super melt strength promotion type processing aid which is independently developed by our R&D Center has the highest melt viscosity (12 or so) in the world.
We have formed perfect marketing and service network throughout the Mainland. in China, we have established 12 Sales Offices which not only sell our products, but supply our final customers with the superior after-sales service. Up to now, we have maintained over 50% market share of acrylic processing aids and PVC foaming regulators in China. In recent years, we also try our best to expand the international market places, our products have exported to many countries and regions such as USA., UK., Germany, Turkey, Syria, Israel, Korea and Hong Kong etc.
Currently, we have to projects under construction: one is Shandng Rike Plastic Co., Ltd. located in Weifang National-grade High-tech Zone, which produces acrylic ester processing materials and impact modifier; the other is located in the provincial grade Changle Economic Development Zone, with an occupied floor area of 400mu. It mainly produces toughener AMB resin for engineering plastics and impact modifiers. The designed production capacity of the two projects can reach 150,000 tons.
