Freet's Beam Pumping Units Factory, freetqd (at) gmail (dot) com for more details, owns 120 sets of manufacturing machines for pumping unit, and has an annual capacity of 2,500 sets. With the idea of modularized designing, we can use the existing modules to design and manufacture any other pumping units in accordance with customer's requirements. Over past more than ten years of construction, innovation and development, a series of pumping units are available, 13 types totally, from type 3 to type 14, product quality comes up to advanced national standards in the same trade. In view of international market, over 40 kinds of pumping units up to the API standards have been developed to export. More than 1 thousand pumping units are available a year and sold not only to various oilfields and regions across the country but also to Canada, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and so on. In 1996, this plant passed ISO9001 international quality system certification; In 2002, it succeeded in transforming edition from ISO9001 to ISO9001—2000, and a perfect quality assurance system has been set up since then. Since 2004, it has been one of the members of the Three Pumping Equipment net of China National Petroleum Corporation, and obtained the right to use API monogram on its pumping units in the same year. We are professional in not only API casing, tubing, ERW line pipe, sucker rod, but also pumping units, workover rig and so on. Our main clients are Royal Shell, Repsol-YPF, PDO, CNPC, SINOPEC and so on.
