Two Casing coupling production lines with annual capacity of 500,000 pcs. One high steel grade ERW casing & line pipe production line with capacity of 120,000 metric tons. As adopting the most advanced threading machinery, numerical control machining equipments and hydraulic test machinery, the test pressure is above 70MPa. Over 200 sets main equipments including NC machines, coupling makeup machines, hydraulic presure testing machines, NDT machines(Leakage Magnetic Test Machine, Ultrasonic Test Machine, Top End Magnetic Particle Test, Coupling Magnetic Particle Tester), wall thickness testing detection machines, full length drift machines, length & weight measuring machines and so on. One heat treatment production line with annual capacity of 100,000 metric tons including Gas station, Quenching machine, Tempering machine, Quenching furnace etc. Our company manufactures tubing/casing comply with API Spec 5CT and 5B, length of pipe for hydraulic tests satisfies range 3 of API Maximum length 14.63meter. The machining lines have possessed complete inspection methods, perfect quality management system and product quality is excellent.
