AC STIRRERS RQ-140/D
Specially designed brushless AC variable speed stirrers driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load. Ideal for viscous materials and solution that changes viscosity during mixing. Stirrers have built in digital RPM indicator for process validation and reproducibility. Flame proof stirrers are suitable for use in hazardous areas (Group II A & II B)

•Brushless AC induction motor, absolutely maintenance free with frequency inverter.
•Non-geared motor for smooth speed variation, gives high torque even at low speeds
•Facility for pre-setting of stirring speed in increments of 10 RPM.
•Digital display of stirring speed within the range of 10% to 100% (+100 RPM).
•Stable and constant speed, irrespective of change in voltage or load.
•Hollow shaft giving facility of shaft length adjustment.
•Stirring shaft SS 316, Retort Rods SS 304.
•Flame proof motor & frequency inverter inside flameproof enclosure (Model RQ-140/D-FP).
