Chengdu Shuhong Machinery Co. Ltd. is located in Qingbaijiang District where is an old industry base of Chengdu an Sichuan province. It is a self-research and development electromechanical company.
At present, with 20 odd engineers and senior engineers, of which, 8 senior engineers and 2 masters, it owns several technology development achievements and patents. It is mainly to design and manufacture the copper rod (aluminum rod, aluminum alloy rod) continuous casting and rolling production line. Three Chinese patents have been employed. The products have advantages of good quality, big density, easily wire drawing, low energy consumption, high efficiency and advanced electrical control system. Our machines enjoy good reputation in China and abroad. Furthermore, we produce all kinds of small, medium and big wire-drawing machines, cabling machines, stranding machines, extruders (Continuous Lead Sheathing Extruder), electrical purpose equipments mechanical equipment, accessories for electric machinery, petroleum and metallurgical industry etc.
With ISO9001:2000 quality Management System, it has a mature and professional group to design, manufacture, install, and debug our production lines and train workers in China and aboard. our market occupancy is nearly 70% in China. By the past one and half a year, we have exported our machines to Iran, Bangladesh, Mexico, Turkey, America, Indonesia, Pakistan, Syria, Egypt. And now it has the right to export and import.
