Wedge flow meter is a new differential pressure flow meter. It not only breakthroughs the measurement problem of the tar, bitumen, oil residues of the high viscosity of the liquid medium flow in the coking, oil refining and chemical industry enterprises, but also is widely used in a highly corrosive chemical enterprises, and with the temperature precipitation changes in the crystallization of a saturated or unsaturated acid, alkali and salt solution in the flow measurement. Precision: 0.5 level Stability with a long time working: 0.2% F.S/Y Lowest flowrate: 0.01m/s Service life: larger than 10 days Flowrate proportion: the general is 1:25 Reynolds number coefficient range: the low limit 300, the upper limit value is 1*106. The upper limit value of viscosity for measured liquid: 500 mpa.S Work pressure range: -0.1~60 Mpa Work temperature range: -50~560oC Pipe size: 10~ 1500mm Temperature in working condition: ≤80 oC Relative humidity in working condition: 15~85% Power voltage of difference pressure and pressure transducer: 24VDC Export current of difference pressure and pressure transducer: 4~20mA Smart differential pressure transmitter means of communication with the pressure: HART Artificial intelligence flow computing display means of communication: RS232 RS485 Artificial intelligence can flow computing displays differential pressure and pressure transmitter to provide 24VDC power isolation. Artificial intelligence can flow operational display 4 to 20 mA output signal flow.
