Multi-wall Double-groove Large-caliber U-PVC Wound Pipe: energy-saving, environment-friendly, and cheap. U-PVC Wound Pipe has become a challenge for tradition cast iron pipe, concrete pipe and steel pipe, and also for the novel pipes such as glass steel pipe and PE wound pipe. As a breakthrough of industrialization, it combines the advantages of simpleness, small investment, immediate effect, along with universal applications in various fields, which is expected to generate a positive effect on the realization of the grandiose goal of saving energy by 20 percent in accordance with the 11th Five-year Development Program. U-PVC Wound pipe, the most ideal pipe in practical application, is sure to make a significant contribution to the realization of the energy-saving goal.    Double-wall Double-groove Wound Pipe, succeeding the advantages of the prior wound pipes, has overcome their disadvantages by offering a compensation for their drawbacks that the prior wound pipe single-grove plate, if not adhered firmly by carelessness during the winding operation, is susceptible to split upon impaction with external force due to a small adhesion area, through a solution that: a catching groove is designed to be large in inside and small in outside, and a pinch plate is to be provided with two square grooves which have concave bottoms that enable boxes to be fastened tightly with the openings of the square grooves, during the pipe winding process, and which have two openings well sealed by composite adhesion of adhesives; in addition, the pinch plate is designed to consist of outer, middle and inner three patterns between which a plurality of external stubs are adopted for support and connection, with a section in a crossed square shape, and an inner wall thicker than the outer wall as well as the thinnest inner wall, thereby increasing the strength of the pipe and the thickness of the inner wall and almost eliminating the wear of the inner wall of the groove due to the washing of water and sand, avoiding the breakage and falling off of the stubs, and making the Wound Pipe more firm, durable and long in service life.
