Shandong Helon Comfortable Nonwovens Co.,Ltd was established in October,2003，which is affiliated to Helon Group.Our company is one of the leading nonwoven manufacturers in China,which is located in Ocean Industry Development Area, Weifang City, near Qingdao port,Shandong Province, China and covers an area of 8.67 hectares. We own three large workshops,two spunlace lines and one PP spunbond line, with an asset of USD 200,000,000 and 400 employees, 38 of which are technicians. Helon has passed the ISO 9001 quality certification,etc., and has good quality control system, with the help of which we are able to supply various high-quality nonwoven products.
PP spunbond production line has a capacity of 3000 tons/year.We can produce spunbond nonwoven fabric from 10 gsm to 150 gsm，width up to 3.2m,with all colours available.We can also supply special treated PP spunbond,such as Anti-Uv,hydrophilic,and antistating treated spunbond nonwovens,etc.
Our PP spunbonded is mainly used in medical treatment area, sanitary area industrial and agricultural area.The application of our spunbonded are operation clothes,isolating clothes ,patient clothes,medical clothes, sanitary belt,baby diaper,sauna clothes,lapping clothes,western style dress covering,fabric used for sofa and bed,harvest fabric,ornament fabric used in the car,disposable slippers,etc.
We have two spunlace production lines, one of which was imported from Rieter company,France.The two lines have a capacity of 4500 tons/year,and can supply spunlace fabric from 28 gsm to 85 gsm,width up to 2.1 m.We can also produce the Soy protein fibre spunlace ,milk protein fibre spunlace and fire retardant spunlace fabric,etc.Our spunlace lines can use our own Helon viscose fibre to produce,so it is much more convenient for us to control the high quality and make sure the delivery time.
Our spunlaced nonwovens are mainly applied in medical gauze,wipes,face-cloth,disposable,PU interlining etc.
Helon nonwovens are being widely used in the building industry, agriculture, medical treatment and daily life. They are mainly exported to EU, America and Asia markets etc,and have gained high praise from our clients.
