GOT-470 Heavy Load type High-temperature Disc Spring Gasket is a looseness-proof gasket designed for bolt and screw connection. It is designed and manufactured according to DIN 6796, and is used for medium or high strength bolt and screw connection, particularly for high temperature and high pressure occasion. GOT-470H Heavy Load type High-temperature Disc Spring Washer The large bearing load and elastic recovery make 470 series quite efficient, and the bolt tension can bear the looseness generated by following causes: wearing, creeping, loosing, thermal expansion, shrinking of the easily wear parts, or pressing of the sealing parts. 470 series can increase multiple times of the elasticity performance of screw. It can efficiently substitute the common spring gasket, but not suitable for locking and flat gasket combination. As 470 series is the involutory or congruent disc spring gasket. The involutory method combination can increase the deformation of the disc spring gasket group, and the congruent method combination can increase the spring power of the disc spring gasket group. The ideal installation method is to press to flat as possible.
