Shanghai Kaikang Industry Co., Ltd., located in Shanghai, the most dynamic economic region in China, is a professional company specialized in production of foam gun (the main product), disposable plastic nozzle, plastic adaptor and plastic parts for the foam can.
We started producing foam gun early in 2000. Designed by ourselves, our series products of foam gun are characteristic for their highly sealed feature, efficiently leakage proof effect over European equivalents and outstanding long lifetime. So far we have been granted two Chinese patents for the foam guns, ZL200520039710.1 and ZL200520043467.0.
With the innovative R&D team, advanced production techniques and processes, Kaikang has built a world-class product quality and won the European customers a high degree of trust. At present, with the business development, our original production capacity is not easy to meet the growing market demand. So early 2008, we bought about 20,000 m2 land for building two foam gun workshops of 8000 m2 each and two office buildings. The new facility is expected to be put into use by the end of 2009. Five major advantages of Kaikang foam guns.
(1) Adopt patented technology to seal structures in intake and outlet valves, which shows good sealing effect.
(2) The seal bead in the intake valve is made of white PTFE, which prevents foam agent from sticking on it, thus improves sealing effect greatly.
(3) The intake valve is black PTFE coating, so that the foam agent will not stick on its surface.
(4) The gun barrel is made of stainless steel, so that the foam agent will not stick inside and is easy to clean.
(5) High use efficiency of foam in each can (＞98％ volume.)
