Technically supported by the National Mining technology researching Instatitute, the MHM is a new-type enterprise for designing and producing based on international standards. The 90% of the products of MHM export to USA, Germany, Spain, Italy and South Korea etc relying on its good quality, reliable delivery schedule, and a wide range of after-sale service. Large castings and forgings: The Company possesses advanced manufacturing equipments and producing procedures with years experience and good achievements for producing castings and forgings. It can provide clients the castings and forgings for thermal steam turbine sets (300MW and 300MW below) like subcritical turbine cylinder, supercritical cylinder, subcritical turbine high-mid-voltage rotor, mid-voltage major shaft, ultrapure rotor, high-low-voltage jointed rotor, low-voltage rotor, hub; for water turbine set like blades, hub, thrust ring, upper canopy, lower ring, giant shaft, rotating ring, upper and lower plates; and for large shipbuilding, steel plant etc.
Heavy-duty machinery parts: Our Company can provide various heavy-duty machinery parts for our valued clients in which mainly include roller, connecting shaft, bearing housing, rolling shaft, and pipe die etc.
Power equipments: The company provides 200MW-300MW-set-used coal mill with steel-ball, 300MW-600MW-set-used double in and double out coal grinding mill, as well as 3000~ 50000KW steam turbine set in style of congealed, off-gas, backing pressure, block-assembled.
Large reducer: The various specifications of large reducer produced by our company were widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, metallurgy, electricity, petrochemical etc. Among them, the reducers for the mining hoist covers 85% the market in its field; for building materials industry and sugar cube making machine are respectively over 40% and 50% in its domestic market.
Large gears: The Company, at present, possesses German NILES high-precision digital gear grinding mill which is international latest technology, as well as domestic the-state-of-the-art digital gas carbonizing furnace, a series of good mechanical processing equipments and inspecting instruments. The company has the abilities of processing gear which is high-precision evolving cylinder-hard- surface one with Die φ≤2000mm and Max Mod is 30, gear carbonizing, quenching, surface quenching and parts’ quenching and tempering.
