Then the mixed material enters in the machine where thin sheets are made. Then the sheets converted into bars and cut in to the desire shape & size. The cut bars gets pack by packing machine. Machines involved for making Laundry bar. LH-22: Sigma Mixer Used for mixing the raw material for launder bar LH-31: Triple Roll Mill Used for converting the material into thin sheets. LH-44: Simplex Plodder Machine Used for molding the thin sheets into bar of required shape. LH-55: Automatic Cutting & Stamping Machine Used for cutting and stamping of detergent bars into desired size LX-141: Laundry bar pillow packing machine Used for packing Laundry bar in pillow pack.
