Screw conveyors are used to convey material from one place to another place by means of rotating screw type auger. Material can be carried either horizontally or vertically or at required angle. Features： • The vertical and horizontal are both available.There are level and vertical type for horizontal screw, fixed and portable type for vertical screw. Blade can be made in mold and welding. "U" or round trunk are optional. Max. 20° inclination can be reached for inclined screw conveyor • Drop-hanger bearing is made of cooper or powder metallurgy for different material • Cover is linked with truck for good seal. Specially designed for sake of environment protection • Screw and trunk are designed and disposed with stainless steel and macromolecule layer to be wear-proof, suitable to material of high humidity, alkalinity acidity and friction between grain and truck, which make machine's life longer • Changeable pitch screw is precisely manufactured for wider applicability • Nodal axis's special joint and removable bottom casing make maintenance easy。 It consists of a screw auger rotating in a pipe for vertical lifting or in a U-shaped trough for horizontal conveying. The Screw auger can be provided with dumping hopper for intake of materials. Discharge may be directly to the hammer mill or to storage bin. Screw blades are made from high capacity press. These blades have precise dimensions and made up of heavy 10 gauge MS sheet. These blades have high wear and tear resistance to cope with different sorts of materials. Cleaning doors are provided at proper locations for cleaning of screw auger. screw conveyors are backed by good quality bearings for smooth and maintenance free operation. Flange bearing is used at the top while sturdy taper cone bearing is used at the bottom. Use of oil seal and precisely machined bearing housing is also major feature of our screw conveyors. Oil seal prevents entry of any material from inside of screw conveyor into bearing which results in increase in life of bearings.
