Rasson ET series tool presetter is specially designed for improving the efficiency of CNC machine center. As it is easily operated and with high precision, so the whole presetting process needn’t to be done on the CNC machine, and also the stopping time is greatly reduced.
Comparing with the traditional presetter, ET series tool presetter can improve the efficiency at least more than two times.
For the common parts processing, ET series tool presetter can increase the efficiency by at least 5%. As the whole presetting process (for example, measurement of the compensation length, diameter etc) is going on offline, no need to stop the CNC machine center for tool presetting, so even the user has many CNC machine centers, just one set of ET series tool presetter is enough for dealing with all the task of tool presetting process.
ET series tool presetter is suitable for the users who just need to measure the diameter and the height, that means to finish the measurement of X axis( for measuring the diameter of the tool) and Y axis( for measuring the length of the tool). As ET series tool presetter is easily to be maintaned and with simple structure, stable property and high precision, so it is a very convenient measuring and inspecting instrument.
The operation of ET-400HR and ET-600HR are very simple and direct, both are equipped with the precision standard cone as the benchmark zero. The digital readout counter takes the standard cone as 0.000, and the size difference between all measured tool and the standard cone is the tool compensation data, which can be input directly in controller of CNC machining center.
