Rongchang folding fan is the mainstay in Chinese hand fans, famous for being made masterly and easily foldable. As early as 500 years ago, it has become the royal tribute article in Ming dynasty. Regarded as the spokesman of Rongchang folding fan, Rongchang Feiyue Craft Industry aims to make this cultural heritage known all over the world, by inheriting Rongchang fan's traditional craftwork and combining it with a modern taste of fashion.
Located in Rongchang county of Chongqing city, with land coverage of more than 2000 square meters, Rongchang Feiyue Craft Industry has 150 employees including 40 professional craftsmen. Our annual production is 1.5 millions pieces, which is about to double as the market demand of our fans far exceeds the supply. Our products include craft fans, promotion fans and dancing fans, which can be further divided into more than 100 subcategories according to the materials and sizes.
Since establishment, our goal has been not only to make people cool, but also make the world cool. All our fans are handmade out of eco-friendly materials like bamboo and silk or paper. There is no noise of running machine, no odor of chemical or stinking smoke, because we care about people's health and environment more than anything.
Therefore, for many years our factory has been facilitating big festivals and projects held in Southwest China. Our products are favored by many big heads and celebrities of many industries, including banking and insurance; railway and airline; travel agency and literature club, government and business association, etc. In April, 2004, our sculpture painting and calligraphy fan entered AAPP Third Chongqing Annual Meeting, and was given to the foreign guests as souvenirs. Now our fans have entered the markets of Southeast Asia, Europe and America, mainly as promotional gift and wedding giveaway. Dancing fans are also liked by buyers of many countries.
