1.Working principle: Vortex hot –film heat exchanger adopts vortex tube as heat exchange tube. when the water follows through the surface of the vortex tubes ,alternative vortex flow forms to reinforce the souring to the opposite surface and increase the heat transfer coefficient. Most heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger are of rotational flow type. Rotational flow is formed on the surface of the smooth tubes and the heat exchange coefficient is relatively low. Among the vortex tubes is waving interval channel. The distribution of tube distance is strictly computed .because the tubes have certain stiffness and the both ends are fixed, it ensures the tubes gave some flexibility and meanwhile not collide with each other. It not only overcomes the grinding problem created by the collision among floating coil heat exchange tubes, but also avoids the fouling problem of common shell and tube heat exchanger 2.advantages: High heat transfer coefficient; More than 20 years service life.
