The company has owned complete advanced equipment for the production of flanges. With over ten years of experience in production and management, the company has established a perfect quality control system starting from raw material purchase, forging, heat treatment,inspection and packaging mecharical working. Jiangyin Tian Heng has acquired ISO9001 Quality System Certificate and PED AD2000-W0 Certificate from Germany TUV Company, with a production capacity of 2000 tons of flanges.
Jiangyin Tian Heng has a team of high qualified workers and management professionals, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers and 10 technicians, as well as testing equipment like defectoscope, spectrograph and magnetic testing device hardness-testing device.
The company selects stainless steel 304/1.4301、304L/1.4307、316/1.4401、316L/1.4404、321/1.4541 and 316Ti/1.4571 for the manufacturing of JIS, ANSI, DIN, BS standard flanges, as well as non-standard flange products upon customer request.
