We, Siu Yip Plastic Mould Factory, have more than 30 years of experiences in plastic mould making and plastic injection industries. With ISO 9001:2000-authorized performance, we are selected as stable supplier for many renowned companies, including RCA, IBM, Motorola and Vtech.
We have two factories in the Guangdong province, South of China. Together with the aids of Demag-branded precise machines, monthly capacity of our mold department can reach up to 60 new molds and we can turn out 1,000,000 to 3,000,000pcs of plastic products each month. For production, we have a total of 53 injection machines ranging from 10 tons to 600 tons. Special machines, like CMM, are also put into use during production.
There are more than 10 experienced engineers working on product and mold design. You can rest your heart to tell our engineers your specifications, and they can help to turn your ideas into unique products in as fast as 15 days.
Regarding our products like CD remote control, audio & video amplifier panels, stationery and gift items, work tools and power inverter, you can rest your heart on our quality, because we have 20-year stable suppliers, who offer us reliable raw materials and key components continuously.
