The automatic involute cracking equipment for junked tire (IV) was developed by Shandong CDI WANDA ALTERNATIVE ENERGY CO.,LTD on the basis of repeated research of current tire cracking equipments both at home and abroad, which is of the latest style. It has fundamentally settled the safety problems of other currently applied rotary cracking equipments like hard sealing and air leakage etc., which has realized security, environmental protection, energy conservation and high efficiency. The equipment has reached the leading level in the world and obtained patent of the PRC. It has been awarded the progress prize of environment and energy of the 21st Century by the Environment & Energy Industrial Association of America.
A. Security
Most rotary cracking equipment currently applied in China and abroad are of evolute type, i.e., the whole cracking vessel rotates while the air outlet also rotates, which makes it hard to settle the problem of sealing of the outlet. Another problem is that when the tire rubber is thoroughly cracked, it will turn into fine powder of carbon black and adhere to wall of the reaction vessel. For the vessel rotates continuously, oil vapor and powder of carbon black are mixed thoroughly. Thus, during the whole discharging process of oil vapor from the escape pipe, carbon black powder would be led out constantly, which would finally lead to blockage of the escape pipe. This is a fatal security problem existing in other current types of rotary cracking equipments.

Thus, it saves energy on one hand and avoids pollution caused by direct discharge on the other.
