1. Raw materials: we melt raw materials by ourselves or purchase raw materials from Juli mill and Baosteel mill that are famous in China.
2. Production process: every employee passes training lessons strictly, they have strong responsibility in quality consciousness, and can control the whole process strictly.
3. Inspection items: eyeballing(surface),measure test(OD, WT and length), chemical composition(spectrum and chemical composition analysis), mechanical property tests(including Elongation test , hardness test, flaring test, bending test and flattening test), nondestructive test(including hydrostatic test, eddy current test and ultrasonic test), intergranular corrosion test, etc.

Shanghai ShuangLi Steel Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 and has an production area of 161,000 square meters. the company owns two factories, which are located in China's Shanghai and Zhejiang province respectively.
We are the professional manufacturer of the pressure piping products and have been recommended by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) as the main supplier for the big and medium project. Our main products are seamless or welded stainless steel pipes, and stainless steel or carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings(such ad elbow, reducer, tee, bend pipe, stub end, pipe cap and flange).
