Anhui Huatian Machine Making Co.,Ltd has tow sub-branches: Guo chan hua machine blade factory and digital molding tool factory. It is located in Buowang industrial area ,Ma'anhsan City east,on the boundary between Anhui and Jiangsu provinces, being 23 kilometers away from Nanjin Loukou airport .
Huatian company is a national key enterprise and is specialized in professional production of industrial blades and digital molding tools. On the experience of many years' professional blades and molding tool-making, the best blades have been developed to satisfy the need of the customers according to the different demands. Blades branded "Huatian" are well-known and are applicable to printing, paper-making, cardboard, box, forestry, metallurgy, rubber, plastics, food, light textile ,electric appliances, light industry and so on.
Material assurance: To insure product quality, carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, high-speed steel, tungsten steel are chosen as materials, which must be examined if they are high-qualified by spectrometer before providing the customers.
Process assurance: Apart from self-designed professional machines used decline low cost, the company has also adopts every kind of CNC processing machines to insure accuracy and mainly uses the most precise grinding machines imported from Germany and Japan to promise the accuracy
Hardness assurance: Heat processing treatment has been mastered to keep knife in the best efficiency and can insure the stability of quality.
Examination assurance: Knife quality management is an key and unseen job. Special examination room has been established to examine product quality through advanced equipments at any time.
