Characteristic : High crushing strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability and thermal efficiency, large density and excellent thermal conductivity, cost-effective and long lifetime. Purpose : Thermal Storage Ceramic is widely used for the furnace of metallurgical, iron and steel industry. It can save more than 40-70% power, increase more than 15% production capability, decrease 40% wastage of billet oxidization, reduce the Nox discharging to less than 100ppm, control the temperature of discharging smoke less than 150℃.
