Our factory (WEIHAI GUANGWEI COMPOSITES CO.，LTD.) belongs to Weihai Guangwei Group Co.,ltd. It got in touch with prepreg field from 1998. Now we have mature technology and plenty of experience to produce all kinds of prepreg. Our main products include unidirectional fiber prepreg, multi-axial prepreg, woven fabric prepreg and so on, which are widely used for wind turbine blade, shipbuilding, automobile and sports etc.
We use advanced pre-impregnated method, which makes reinforcement material infuse from locale-impregnated to pre-impregnated. In this case, it not only can easily control the resin content exactly, assuring the even quality distribution of the composite materials in the blade, but also can correctly pave the reinforcement materials. At the same time, the matrix of our prepreg is epoxy resin, which is laterted and hardened at intermediate temperature. The product is manufactured by melted method, and has the characteristic of stable resin content, low volatile, long shelf life, excellent performance and low price.
