Topwell was founded in 1996.It has been specialized in mould design, producing plastic moulds, injection and silkscreen, which has built its reputation on quality and service. The company is proud to carry on its time-honored practice of providing top-quality molding. Topwell has nearly 600 staff members and workers, among which there are 20 engineers, over 30 senior technicians and over 30 technicians.
Design Dept has 8 engineers,5 assistant engineers.Mould making shop has 6 teams,120 workers for day and night.CAD2004 for tooling 2D drawing,PRO/E for tooling 3D drawing.Mold Flow for plastic fill analyze.Injection machine 40 sets from 55 ton 2 oz to 350 ton 32 oz
Injection worker :180 employees.No dirt shop for transparent aterials
such as PC,PMMA,PS.Painting shop: there are 10000 classes of no dirt shop.it includes 12 positions for painting.Silkscreen shop: it includes 6 sets of machines for different colors.Staff include 80 employees.
Topwell have got through the ISO9001:2000 certificate.QA Dept include 20 employees.QC Dept include 30 employees
