Weifang Zhongyun Scientific & Research Co., Ltd, established in 2002, is a hi-tech private enterprise and the key member of Weifang Zhongyun Group, mainly engaged in developing high quality plastic pipe equipment and wind generator, and is the leading manufacturer for machinery and electricity in China. There are 80 employees. It covers 100,000 sq metres of area and has more than 20 sets of instruments and equipments. Zhongyun was certified for quality system of ISO 9001. It can offer a complete service on product design, manufacture and after-sales care. Zhongyun has received many awards in recognition of its use of advanced technology and superior management． As the member of Weifangyun Group, Zhongyun has devoted itself to development of new technology on machinery and electicity for many years, acting in close corporation with China Science and Research Institute, Hsinghua University and Beijing Chemical Industry University. There are more than ten advanced key technologies and 30 patents developed in Zhongyun. Many awards were conferred for the technologies and extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC Corrugated Pipe, Al-plastics Composite Pipe, PP-R Pipe, One Step PEX Pipe and UHMW-PE Pipe. In the recent years, plastic piping with big diameters has been popularized in the drainage and sewerage along with the enhancing support of policies on environment protection and water saving. The extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe and PE Steel Spiral Corrugated Pipe are new research achievements in Zhongyun. The new products especially for the extrusion lines for PE/PP/PVC-500, 1000, 1500 Double Wall Corrugated Pipe, combining Chinese and international advanced technology. This reaches or exceeds standards in machinery structure and technical specifications for the same imported lines, making Zhongyun a dominant player with the highest market shares in the industry. It is sold well in more than twenty countries, such as Russia, Japan, Iran, Iraq, Romania, Ukraine. Along with the fast growth of the Chinese economy, Zhongyun has developed rapidly and is now moving forward on the road to being a professional, Industrial and international enterprise.
